## From photos to a price in minutes

1. **The customer sends photos.** From your link, on their phone. A name, an email address, the address and the photos, plus a phone number and a few details about the home if they like: no account and no app. The page asks for the kitchen and every bathroom.
2. **The photos are read.** Each photo is tagged with its room and condition, and the tags become rooms from your own library. A photo that shows a person or a document is kept out of the read.
3. **Your engine prices it.** The rooms are priced with your rates, the same way as a quote you build yourself. The AI never sets the number.
4. **You send it.** A firm price or a range: in one click from the queue when the card is Low risk, or from its review page otherwise. The customer gets the quote by email and accepts it online.

## Built so a price from photos is one you can stand behind

- **Your prices, not ours.** Rooms come from your library and minutes from your tasks, priced at your rates. Change a room count or a condition and the price is worked out again on the spot.
- **You decide the risk.** Every photo quote gets a risk score and a green, amber or red badge from the preset you choose: Careful, Balanced or Bold. Too uncertain? Send a range, ask for more photos, or book a walkthrough.
- **See why.** Each room points at the photos behind it, and the score shows what drove it: missing rooms, a wide size estimate, heavy soil, a first-time customer.
- **No app for customers.** Customers use a link in their browser, in English or Spanish. The photos shrink on their phone before they upload, so even a slow connection gets through.
- **An answer clock.** The queue is sorted by who has waited longest, with a timer during your working hours. If time runs out, the customer gets one polite email, and you get a nudge.

## Questions owners ask

**Does the AI decide the price?**

No. It decides which rooms the photos show and what condition they are in. Your pricing engine prices those rooms with your rates, and you choose whether to send a firm price or a range.

**What if the photos miss a room?**

Add it from your library before you send, or ask the customer for more photos. If a room you require is missing, the photo quote is never marked low risk.

**What does a firm price promise?**

The price you will charge if the home matches the photos. Your firm-price terms go out with every one, saying what would change it, and you can write your own.

**Are the photos kept forever?**

No. They are deleted 90 days after the customer last sent photos, or after you last asked them for more, unless the customer accepted the quote they priced.
