# Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BlastoClean website and application. By creating an
account you agree to them on behalf of your company.

## The service

BlastoClean provides software for building cleaning quotes, sharing them with customers,
scheduling visits and collecting payments. We aim for the service to be available and
accurate, but it is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

## Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your
team's credentials safe. An account owner controls who on the team can access the company
and at what level. You must not use the service to send spam or for any unlawful purpose.

## Your content and data

Everything you enter — customers, properties, task libraries, quotes — remains your
company's property. You grant us only the license needed to store and process it in order
to run the service. You can export your data at any time.

## Quotes and payments

BlastoClean calculates prices from the rates, times and multipliers your company
configures. The contract for cleaning work is between your company and your customer; we
are not a party to it. Payments are processed by your company's own payment provider under
that provider's terms, and funds settle directly with your provider.

## Fees

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time, and
cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

## Termination

You may close your account at any time after exporting your data. We may suspend an
account that breaches these terms, and where practical we will warn you first.

**Inactive free accounts.** A Free-plan account that nobody signs in to for a year is
paused, and we email the account owner when that happens. Nothing is deleted by the pause,
and signing in undoes it immediately. If nobody signs in for three months after that
email, the account may be deleted along with everything in it. Signing in at any point
before the deletion stops it. Paid accounts and accounts inside their trial are never
paused for inactivity, and the data-retention windows are set out in full in our Privacy
Policy.

## Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the
service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

## Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes
will be announced in the application before they take effect.
