Quick Quote and Magic Quote are two ways to start. If you already know the property, type one loose paragraph — “2.5 baths, 4 bedrooms, 3,000 sq ft, very clean, weekly”. Quick Quote turns that into a short summary and asks a few follow-up questions. If you are on site, walk it with Magic Quote: photos, video, and voice notes. Both look for gaps that could change the work. You confirm the rooms before the price is worked out from your own task list.

Describe it or walk it
Type what you know in one breath or paste a customer's message into Quick Quote. It understands shorthand, mixed order and incomplete sentences without taking photos. Magic Quote is the separate on-site walkthrough for photos, clips, voice notes and typed notes.
Check the important gaps
It shows what it understood, then presents a short, prioritized batch of follow-ups. Tap likely rooms such as kitchen, family room, dining room, laundry, basement or garage; confirm frequency and condition; or enter a required room measurement. Other details remain visible in the review notes instead of changing scope or price by guesswork.
Review and send
Before either product generates, the server requires Room Check to be completed. It shows the confirmed rooms and any unresolved assumptions the check found. Complete the check, approve the draft or correct it, then send the link.
