Adds Magic Quote, texting and the analytics reports for growing companies. Starts with a 14-day free trial.

Start your free trial
  • Everything in Starter
  • Magic Quote — walk a property with your customer taking photos, video and voice notes, and get a draft quote back, priced by your own library, with every finding pointing at the photo or second of audio it came from
  • Around 70 credits for a thorough walkthrough — a four-bedroom house or a floor of offices — and Pro's monthly allowance covers roughly ten of them
  • 6 users included, then $5/month per additional user
  • 700 AI credits a month
  • Texted quotes, payment links, SMS reminders and confirmations — opt-in consent, quiet hours and STOP handled for you

The Free plan needs no card and has no time limit while you are using it — an account nobody signs in to for a year is paused, and we email the owner to say so. Paid billing starts only after your trial, managed securely by Stripe from inside the app — monthly, or yearly with two months free. Seats are shared company-wide across all your locations, and deactivating a user stops the charge for that seat.

The reason most people are on Pro

Magic Quote can pay for the plan on the first job it wins you

Every paid plan quotes, schedules and gets you paid. Pro adds the one thing that changes how the job feels: you walk the property with the customer, talking, taking photos and voice notes — and the quote is drafted for you by the time you're back in the van. No clipboard, no evening at the kitchen table turning scribbles into a number, no customer waiting three days to hear from you.

  • Photos, video, voice notes, typed lines, room names — five ways to capture, none of them a form
  • A draft priced entirely by your own rates and task library, not a guess and not a model's number
  • Every finding points at the photo or the second of audio behind it, so you can check it in one tap
  • It flags what it isn't sure about before that can move a price, and shows you when a customer changed their mind
  • Keep capturing with no cell signal or Wi-Fi while the walkthrough stays open. Pending photos, voice notes and typed notes also survive closing and reopening the app; finish uploading a short video before you close it

On Pro and Business. A thorough walkthrough — a four-bedroom house, a floor of offices — costs around 70 AI credits, so Pro's 700 a month covers roughly ten and Business's 1,500 around twenty — and every walkthrough shows you what it used. Your 14-day trial runs on the Business allowance, so you can walk real properties before you pay anything.

What would that be worth to you?

Put your own numbers in. Nothing here is a benchmark we made up — the only figure we supply is how long a quote takes once the software is doing the writing, and you can drag that one too.

Time only — this counts the hours, not the extra jobs a same-day quote wins. We assume a quote still takes you a few minutes with the software, because it does: somebody has to walk the property and check the numbers. Whatever you leave in the boxes is the whole calculation.

Questions, answered

How does the 14-day trial work?
Create your account with your company name, your name and email, and a password — no credit card. You get every feature for 14 days. Subscribe from inside the app whenever you're ready; any remaining trial days carry over, so you're never billed early.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted when the trial ends, and nobody is shut out of their own records. You can subscribe to pick up exactly where you left off, or continue on the Free plan — one user, your whole customer list, and quotes you go on building by hand, with no card and no deadline while you are using it. Scheduling, invoices and payment collection, the inbox, reports and online quote requests wait until you subscribe — and texting, Magic Quote and the analytics reports come with Pro; your extra locations are locked rather than deleted and come straight back if you do. Quotes you already shared with customers keep working — your customers are never locked out. And one click exports everything, whichever you choose.
What is the Free plan, exactly?
Two jobs, done properly, for nothing: keep your customers and their properties, and build quotes room by room from your own libraries — with your logo on the PDF, emailed from the app, and accepted or declined on a link your customer opens without an account. It covers one user and one location, needs no card, and does not expire while somebody is using it. Everything a business runs on past that point starts on Starter: the calendar and its reminders, invoices and card payments, the customer inbox, the dashboard and the core reports, online quote requests and the website widget, and the everyday AI assists. Texting, Magic Quote, the analytics reports and the API come with Pro. You can move up whenever you like and your existing work is waiting for you.
What happens if I stop using my Free account?
We email you, pause it, and wait — nothing is deleted while you decide. If nobody signs in to a Free account for a whole year, we write to the account owner and pause it: the account is locked, but every customer, property and quote stays exactly where it is, and signing in at any point brings it all straight back with nothing to ask us for. If nobody signs in during the three months after that email, the account may be deleted along with everything in it, and a person here reviews it before anything goes. Nothing here touches an account somebody is actually using, however long it pays nothing, and no paid account or account still in its trial is ever paused for inactivity. (Leaving is a different matter with its own timetable — see "What happens to my data if I leave?" below.) If you would rather take your records with you, the one-click export works on a paused account too.
What is Magic Quote?
It's how you quote a property by walking it. You tap Start and walk the property — a home or an office — with your customer, capturing whatever the moment gives you: a photo, a short video, a voice note, a typed line, a room name said out loud. Nothing has to be categorized while the customer is standing next to you. Afterwards Magic Quote reads the whole walk back and organizes it into rooms, the services in scope, condition, what the customer asked for, what they said to skip, pets, access notes and how often they want you — then turns that into a draft quote priced by your own room and task library. You review it, correct anything that's off, and send the link. It's on Pro and Business, and you can start a walkthrough with nobody on file at all: knocking on a door is a normal way to get work, and the walk itself says who the job is for.
Which plan do I need for Magic Quote?
Pro ($69/month) or Business ($149/month). It's the only AI feature tied to a plan, and the reason is cost rather than packaging: a walkthrough is a whole property rather than a single message, so it reads every photo and recording separately and a thorough walk — a four-bedroom house, a floor of offices — runs around 70 AI credits where the other assists cost one to four. On Starter's 250 credits a month, three walkthroughs would leave nothing for lead drafts or follow-ups. Pro's 700 a month covers roughly ten thorough walkthroughs, Business's 1,500 around twenty — and your 14-day trial runs on the Business allowance, so you can try it properly before you decide.
What can I do in Magic Quote with no cell signal or Wi-Fi?
Keep the walkthrough open and you can continue capturing in a basement, a back bedroom or airplane mode — no cell connection and no Wi-Fi needed. Photos, voice notes and typed notes that are still waiting also stay saved if you close and reopen the app; when you reconnect, their uploads continue without creating duplicates. Short videos are the current exception: a video that has not finished uploading is not restored after the app closes, so leave the walkthrough open until that upload finishes.
Can Magic Quote invent a price?
No, and not by policy — by construction. Rooms and cleaning tasks are chosen from your own library by id, so the model can only pick from things you created; minutes come from your library, multipliers from the size and condition levels, and every cent from the same deterministic pricing engine that prices a quote you built by hand. No number on a generated quote was written by a model. The one thing it may add is a suggested price range shown beside your engine's figure, which you can switch off and which has no path into the quote at all.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every finding carries a confidence and a link to the evidence behind it, so "the customer asked for the oven" is one tap from the second of the recording where they said it. Anything shaky that would decide what gets priced — which of your tasks are in scope, and what's being left out — is put in front of you before it can move a number. You confirm, correct or reject it. And when a customer changes their mind mid-walk — "not the fridge" at 10:05, "actually, the fridge" at 10:23 — you get both, in order, with a question about which one stands, rather than one of them quietly winning.
What happens to the photos and recordings of a customer's property?
They're yours, they're private, and you decide how long they live. Every byte is served through an authenticated route checked against your company — nothing about a walkthrough is ever public. You choose a retention window in Settings (30 days, 90, a year, or keep them); when it expires the recordings are deleted and the timeline, the transcripts and the quote they produced stay. Anything unflattering about a property — condition notes, what you said about the price — is internal by default, and promoting it to the customer's copy is a person's decision, never automatic.
Does BlastoClean work for commercial and janitorial cleaning?
Yes — set what work your company does (residential, commercial or both) in Settings, and commercial quotes unlock the contract machinery: a frequency on every task (trash and restrooms every visit, carpets weekly, high dusting monthly, strip and wax quarterly), pricing by the month with a spec sheet grouped by frequency, contract terms on the quote (length, auto-renewal, an annual escalation and a cancellation notice period), Net-terms billing with PO numbers and consolidated monthly invoicing, due-date-aware aging in the Receivables report, and GPS clock-in and clock-out with missed-clean alerts. Companies that do both choose per quote, defaulted from the property type. Magic Quote handles commercial bid walkthroughs too — walk the suite, say what happens nightly and what happens quarterly, and the draft comes back with the frequencies attached.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every paid plan can be billed yearly at the price of ten months — two months free: Starter $290/year, Pro $690/year and Business $1,490/year, with per-user and per-location add-ons discounted the same way. Pick monthly or yearly when you subscribe, switch anytime from Settings → Billing (the difference is prorated), and we email you a reminder 30 days before each yearly renewal.
How does per-user pricing work?
The Free plan covers one user. Every paid plan includes a set number of active users — 3 on Starter, 6 on Pro and 15 on Business. Additional users are $3/month each on Starter and $5/month each on Pro and Business, prorated automatically. Your user pool is shared across all your locations, and deactivating a user removes the charge — you only pay for seats you actually use.
How do additional locations work?
Multi-location support is part of the Business plan: it includes one location, and you can add as many more as you need for $45/month each. Each location keeps its own customers, quotes and schedule — plus its own quote-request form, rates, quote numbering and, if a branch banks separately, its own payment account — with settings inherited from the company or overridden per location. On Starter and Pro, upgrading to Business is how you add a second location.
What happens to my extra locations if I downgrade from Business?
Locations beyond your first are archived and locked — never deleted. All their customers, quotes and history stay exactly as they were, and re-upgrading to Business unlocks them again.
Do I need to install anything?
No. BlastoClean runs in the browser on any device, and your customers just get a link — nothing for anyone to install. There's also a native companion app for iPhone and Android when you want the schedule and doorstep payments in your pocket, but nothing requires it.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — a native companion app for iPhone and Android. It signs into the same account and carries the week's schedule with payment status on every visit, the work checklist, the owner dashboard, customer management, and payment collection: Tap to Pay, the hosted Stripe Checkout page, cash and checks, refunds. You can build and send quotes from the phone too — walk the rooms, tick the tasks, and the price is ready before you leave the property. It locks behind Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Customers open a private link, read the quote and accept it right there. It even works with JavaScript switched off.
How do payments from my customers work?
Card processing is included on every paid plan — invoicing and payment collection start on Starter. You link your company's own Stripe account through Stripe Connect from Settings → Payments — a couple of clicks, no API keys to paste. Charges settle directly to your own Stripe account: your money never passes through us, and card numbers never touch us either. There's no platform fee — BlastoClean adds nothing on top, so you pay only Stripe's own processing fees. You can add an optional card fee, disclosed to the customer on the quote and again at checkout. Recording cash and check payments works on every paid plan too, no Stripe account required. Optional tips work everywhere a customer pays — online, at the door, or recorded with cash — switchable company-wide or per location, and tracked on every payment. (All of this is separate from your BlastoClean subscription.)
Can I take payment at the door?
Yes, on every paid plan. With your Stripe account linked, the mobile app turns the phone into the terminal — Tap to Pay on supported iPhones and Androids. No tap? Open the hosted Stripe Checkout card page right on your phone and let the customer enter their card — it goes straight to Stripe and never touches the app. And cash, checks and refunds can be recorded on any paid plan, with no Stripe account at all.
How do text messages work?
On Pro and Business, BlastoClean can text quotes, visit reminders, confirmations and payment links — and it does it by the book. Customers opt in first (at the office, online, or by text reply), consent is tracked per phone number, nothing sends between 9pm and 8am where the customer lives, and a STOP reply opts out instantly. It even checks for landlines before sending, so you never pay for a text nobody could receive.
Does BlastoClean work in Spanish?
Yes, end to end. The app itself follows each person's browser language, so two people in the same office can work in different languages. And everything your customers see — quote pages, PDFs, emails, texts and the portal — goes out in the language you choose for your company, English or Spanish.
What do the AI assists do?
They draft, suggest and summarize — they never decide. AI pre-fills a draft quote (rooms and tasks, from your own library) when a website lead comes in with a message and up to 5 photos, sorts incoming texts by what they need (confirming, reschedule, cancel, question), suggests bounded adjustments to your task times by comparing estimated and actual visit time, writes your Monday-morning owner digest, and drafts follow-up emails, work-order briefings, review requests and review replies. Your deterministic pricing engine still computes every price from your own task library, and a person still confirms everything a customer sees — a model can't invent a price, a room or a task.
How many AI credits do I get each month?
250 AI credits on Starter, 700 on Pro and 1,500 on Business, resetting on the 1st — the Free plan has no AI allowance. Up to a third of your month can be spent in any single day, so a runaway integration can never empty the whole allowance overnight. Every paid plan includes the AI assists with one exception: Magic Quote walkthroughs are on Pro and above, because a walkthrough reads every photo and recording separately and so uses far more of the allowance than the other assists. Your 14-day free trial runs on the Business allowance, so you can try everything.
What counts as an AI credit?
Credits are priced by what each assist actually costs to run, because some are much heavier than others. Sorting an incoming text is 1 credit; a follow-up, a briefing or a review reply is 1; the Monday digest is 3; a draft quote from a lead, a photo assessment or an estimating suggestion is 4. If it takes the AI several passes to answer you, that is still one charge, and anything that fails costs you nothing at all. Magic Quote is the heavy one, because a walkthrough is a whole property rather than a single message: each photo, video or voice note read is 1 credit, and organizing the walkthrough is 12. A thorough walk through a four-bedroom house — or a dozen-room office suite — comes to roughly 70. Every walkthrough shows you what it used, and Settings → AI shows the month broken down by feature with each feature's rate, so nothing about your bill is a surprise.
What's included in Reports?
Every paid plan — Starter included — comes with the dashboard, the Receivables (aging) report and a personal "my week" view every team member can open for their own visits and pay. Pro adds the analytics reports: profitability by customer against your target hourly rate, the quote funnel by week, crew performance, and leads. Business adds the advanced reports: a 90-day retention and win-back list of customers who haven't rebooked, and capacity planning for the weeks ahead. Whichever reports your plan includes export to CSV in one click. API access, OAuth apps and syncing reports to Zapier or Make on a schedule are part of the Pro plan and above. On Business, flip a toggle to see one location or all of them together.
What happens to my data if I leave?
One click exports your whole company — settings, team, customers, properties, templates, quotes and audit records — as portable JSON. It's your data, full stop. We then keep the account for six months after your access ends, so coming back costs you nothing; after that it becomes eligible for deletion and a person here reviews it before anything goes. If you stay on the Free plan instead, nothing is on a clock at all while you use it — see "What happens if I stop using my Free account?" above.
