A chat for every clean.

Job chat is included with Starter, Pro and Business. Email links require configured email delivery; your office can turn off new chats.

Job chat brings the customer, assigned crew and office into one visit chat. Customers open a private link without creating an account.

When it opens and closes

By default, chat opens 24 hours before a confirmed visit. When the visit is completed, replies remain open for 24 hours. It then stays read-only for seven days before being hidden from customers and crew.

Photos and privacy

Do not share the link. Anyone who has it can access the chat. The office can save photos to the permanent visit record. Archiving does not mean immediate deletion.

The invitation to write a public review is the same for every rating. Private feedback is optional.

The first phase covers text, photos and email links. SMS, tips, AI and realtime belong to later phases and are not included.

Starter includes 150 chats per month in the company timezone and 30 photos per chat. Pro includes unlimited chats and 60 photos per chat. Free only shows a demo without sending messages. Business includes unlimited chats and photos.
