Leads and customers on your phone
Mobile app1 min readUpdated
The quotes screen badges the number of website leads still waiting for an answer, and one button turns a lead into a customer, a property and a draft quote — then opens the editor on it.
The person most likely to see a new lead first is the one already out working. That half of the job used to be the half you could only do at a desk.
The leads inbox

New quote requests from your website form or widget badge the quotes screen with the number still waiting to hear back — not the total, the ones nobody has answered.
Open one and you get what the visitor sent: their name, how to reach them, their message and any photos. Then one button turns it into:
- a customer,
- a property, and
- a draft quote,
and drops you straight into the quote editor on it. From the van, between jobs, before the competitor who checks their email at six o'clock.
Customers

Search customers, and open one for their properties, their quotes, their schedules and next visits, and their payment history. It is the same record the office is looking at, so a question on the doorstep — "didn't we do the garage last time?" — has an answer without a phone call.
Search
The same one box that covers customers, properties, quotes and visits on the web is in the app. See Finding anything: search and keyboard shortcuts.

The numbers

The owner's dashboard rides along too: money collected, the pipeline, the week ahead and the needs-attention list. See The dashboard and reports.
