The schedule on your phone
Mobile app2 min readUpdated
The phone carries the whole scheduling surface: the week filtered to one person, every visit action including reschedule against the crew’s free/busy week, the work checklist, and photos from the camera.

The week
Each row carries the time, the customer, the address, the length and the money, plus two badges: the visit's status and whether it has been billed. You can filter to one person's week, or to work nobody has been assigned yet.
Where the server has had to truncate a very long week, the app says so rather than quietly showing you part of it.
A visit

Opening a visit gives you three panels — the visit itself, the money, and the work checklist — and every action the web app has:
- Confirm
- Reschedule, against the crew's free/busy week
- Complete, recording the actual minutes
- No-show
- Cancel
- Reassign the crew — order matters, the first is the lead
- Copy the customer's confirmation link
A visit where the customer asked for a different time shows their message right there, so you are answering a person rather than a status.
The work checklist
The rooms, the exact tasks the customer accepted, and the property's access notes — the lockbox code, the parking, the dog. See Work checklists and visit photos.
Photos
The camera is on the phone, so before-and-after photos start here: take one, or pick several at once from the library, and they attach to the visit the office already sees. If the signal drops, a limited number remain saved after you leave the screen or reopen the app, and retry automatically when a connection returns. A retry does not attach the same photo twice. The saved copy is removed after the upload is confirmed; if the visit cannot accept it, the app keeps it listed so you can Retry or Remove it.
Recurring work
Series can be booked, paused, resumed, ended and edited from the phone, with slot suggestions and an availability grid drawn in the location's time zone rather than the device's.

See Recurring schedules.
Getting paid at the door
The money panel on the visit takes the payment: Tap to Pay, the hosted card page, or cash and checks with nothing connected at all. See Taking payment in person.
Calendar feeds
Feeds for the whole company or for one person can be minted, listed and revoked from Settings on the phone, exactly as on the web — and the URL shows once. See Calendars and feeds.
