Suggested quote drafts

On Pro and Business, when a customer asks for a quote by email or text, BlastoClean can write internal notes on what they need and start an empty quote draft for them. You add the rooms, tasks and prices.

A customer writes: "We are moving out at the end of the month. Can you quote a deep clean of a three-bedroom house with the oven and fridge?" A suggested quote draft captures that request as notes on a new quote, so nothing gets lost between the inbox and the quote editor.

Suggested quote drafts are part of the customer inbox on Pro and Business. Office team members who can edit customers and quotes can use them.

Before you start

  • AI assists must be on for your company, and you accept the AI notice the first time. See AI assists.
  • Each suggestion uses AI credits.

Create a draft from a message

  1. Open Messages and select the customer's conversation.
  2. In Suggested quote draft, select Suggest quote draft notes.
  3. Read and edit the Internal quote notes.
  4. Select Create empty draft, or Dismiss to skip it.
  5. Select Open quote draft to continue in the quote editor.

What the draft contains

The new quote is for that customer and uses your usual quote settings. It holds the notes you approved and nothing else: no rooms, tasks or prices are made up. Add rooms and tasks from your library and check the price before you send it. The notes stay internal and are never shown to the customer.

Creating the draft does not send a quote, book a visit or take a payment.

If the customer's message changed or the suggestion expired, BlastoClean asks you to refresh and review again. Approving twice opens the same draft rather than making a second one.

In versions with these controls, open the customer's conversation from their customer page. The suggestion card uses the same review and approval steps, permissions and Pro/Business requirement as the web. A suggestion is a draft; review it before approval. If access or the conversation changes, reopen and review the current record instead of approving an old draft.
