Use the mobile day map preview to review assigned visits and open your navigation app.

The day map is a preview. When mobile map service is configured, it opens by default for plans that include it. Real visits require Starter or above. Your saved view choice still applies. Without configuration, the ordinary schedule remains available. Native street rendering still requires release validation; the app remains subject to its published release availability.

Review visits

Open Schedule > Day map and choose Today or Tomorrow. Owners and managers can turn on Open the schedule on the map for their own app. It starts on when configured and is remembered separately for each working location. Customers > Customer map opens the read-only customer view. Owners and managers can review the company day. Other team members see visits assigned to them. The map uses saved coordinates; visits without coordinates remain visible in a separate list.

The native street renderer requires mobile map configuration. Automatic route estimates are not included. The planned-time control shows scheduled crew stops from 06:00 to 21:00, in 15-minute steps. It does not interpolate live GPS. A crew marker shows the last available clock punch location and its timestamp, not continuous GPS tracking. Positions older than ten minutes are marked stale.

Navigate

Open a visit and choose Navigate to hand off to your phone's maps app. Navigation is an explicit action and uses the visit's saved destination. It does not enable background tracking in BlastoClean. If coordinates are missing, correct the property details before navigating.

Changes and connection

The map refreshes every 15 seconds while online. Opening Today or Tomorrow also tries to save the neighboring day. A failed background save does not remove the day already shown. An older saved view can help you review the day, but it may not reflect recent changes. Check the connection and refresh before relying on it.

Assignment changes require permission and a server check. If a change is waiting to sync, it has not yet been confirmed. Changes queue in order for your signed-in account, company and location. A conflict pauses the queue so you can discard the failed change and refresh. Retrying does not override someone else's change. If the app cannot save a change on your phone, it is not queued or sent later. After sending a change, the app requires a fresh server view instead of falling back to the old assignment or opening.

To fill an opening, choose a scheduled or confirmed visit. The server checks the visit and opening again before accepting the move.

Location privacy

This preview reads existing punch positions. It does not request background tracking or start continuous location collection. Live tracking, ETA messages and map waitlist offers belong to a separate future phase and are not available here.
