On Pro and Business, when you ask for an inbox suggestion, BlastoClean emails you when it is ready to review. Opening the link changes nothing; you approve or dismiss after signing in.
When you ask for a suggested visit move, instruction for today or quote draft, you do not have to wait on the page. BlastoClean emails you when the suggestion is ready, so you can pick it up from your phone or another computer. This is included with Pro and Business.
Review from the email
- Open the email titled Review your inbox suggestion.
- Select the link and sign in with your own BlastoClean account.
- Check the details. For instructions and quote drafts, you can edit the text first.
- Approve it, for example with Approve move or Create empty draft, or select Dismiss.
Opening the link does not approve anything. Approval never sends a message to the customer.
Who gets the email
Only the person who asked for the suggestion gets the email. It does not go to the customer, the crew or anyone else in the office. The link works only for that person, and only while they still have access to the customer and the inbox. To approve from the link, they also still need permission to edit the customer and the visit or quote.
The email does not contain the customer's message, contact details, access codes or prices. Those stay in the app.
If something changed
If the customer sent a newer message, the visit changed or the suggestion expired, BlastoClean asks you to refresh the conversation and review a fresh suggestion. If an email does not arrive, open the conversation in Messages; the suggestion is waiting there too.
